Since Cashfree Payments’s inception in 2015, we have been a leading enabler of various businesses across industries in India. Our team has witnessed the incredible growth and expansion of India’s D2C and e-commerce ecosystem. So, I am excited to announce that Cashfree Payments is launching Ecom360, an end-to-end suite of technology-driven solutions to power the exponential growth of e-commerce and D2C businesses.
With this launch, Cashfree Payments aims to take on multiple growth challenges for e-commerce businesses in India, from making payments and checkout more efficient to enabling D2C brands to provide their customers with an enterprise-grade, pre- and post-order experience.

Since acquiring Zecpe, we have developed a deeper and greater understanding of the ecosystem. We observed four distinct challenges to their growth – trust, conversion, order value, and post-order experience. So, Ecom360 is built to meet these challenges. While the erstwhile Zecpe solves the conversion and trust problems as a central part of the offering.
Ecom360 will operate as a distinct company within the Cashfree Payments family. Hriday Agarwal and team are already working closely with Cashfree’s product, marketing, talent acquisition, strategy, and business teams to build and take to market innovative, value-generating solutions for Indian e-commerce companies.
