From Coding Challenges to Career Insights
Priya Gupta, an SDE intern from NIT Agartala, shares her experience of the internship selection process at Cashfree Payments. The selection process consisted of five rounds, starting with a coding assessment. It was followed by a Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) round. Then, there were two technical rounds that tested her skills in computer science fundamentals and project-based questions. The final HR interview focused on assessing her personality, background, strengths, and weaknesses to determine whether or not she was a good fit for the role.
When asked about her journey so far, Priya says –
“The favourite part during the internship is that it includes the opportunity to work on real-world projects. It helps us gain hands-on experience! The supportive work culture, the chance to learn from experienced mentors and working with talented colleagues, coupled with the chance to upskill, are some of the positive aspects of being interns at Cashfree Payments.”
Additionally, Priya also mentions a couple of takeaways from her internship so far –
“One learning that I will cherish for a lifetime is the importance of continuous learning and upskilling. I understand that a growth mindset, a willingness to learn and experiment, and a commitment to investing time and effort in self-improvement is the secret to corporate success!”
Crossing Borders with Code
Rishabh, our talented Software Development Engineer Intern, hails from the prestigious National Institute of Technology, Patna.
Rishabh’s internship revolves around the captivating world of cross-border payments, specifically focusing on the innovative Payment Gateway – Liberalised Remittance Scheme by RBI (PG-LRS) project –
“It is very interesting and game-changing honestly, as it allows a user to send money abroad for various purposes like education, travel, capital, etc. It will provide a hassle-free experience while sending or investing money. All on a single click!”
Rishabh’s enthusiasm shines through as he describes his favourite aspects of the internship –
“Having productive discussions with fellow interns and experienced seniors, trying my hands on new tech stacks which make our lives easier makes my time here worthwhile!”
Amidst the dedicated work, Rishabh also finds time to unwind at the cafeteria, relishing snacks and engaging in lively indoor games at our office.
