Whether it\u2019s exploring new tools or driving creative solutions, Gayathri finds the independence to experiment and grow professionally. She recalls a project where she was entrusted with integrating Framer, a no-code solution, into Cashfree Payment\u2019s website. \u201cThis independence enhances my problem-solving skills and makes me feel more invested in the outcomes of my work, ultimately driving my personal and professional growth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This sense of ownership resonates across the other teams as well. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/rashidixit27\/?originalSubdomain=in\">Rashi Dixit,<\/a> who works with us as SDE-1, describes the autonomy she experienced during a pivotal project where she led the deployment of the E-Collect Service in the UAE. \u201cThe organisation emphasises trust, allowing individuals to assume full responsibility for their tasks and initiatives. The freedom to work on projects from start to finish has helped me develop confidence in making important decisions and dealing with complex issues.\u201d Rashi\u2019s ownership over these projects not only improved customer experience but also deepened her expertise in building robust systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For <a href=\"https:\/\/in.linkedin.com\/in\/manasmano\">Manas Manohar<\/a>, our Senior Product Designer, autonomy at Cashfree Payments is the catalyst for creativity and innovation. \u201cAs a designer, having full ownership from ideation to execution is incredibly motivating,\u201d he says. Manas led the design of RiskShield, a flagship product, and was entrusted with critical decisions that shaped its user experience. \u201cDesigning the \u2018Smart Rule Creation\u2019 flow with full autonomy allowed me to explore innovative solutions that enhanced the product.
