Over 200 participants and 43 mentors came together for 48 hours of innovation, teamwork, and creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The journey to SwitchOn was as exciting as the event itself. Pre-event contests like the meme-a-thon saw incredible engagement with over 70 creative entries, sparking camaraderie. Throughout the way, our leadership team played a vital role by sharing insights and motivation for all participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On event days, the atmosphere at Cashfree Payments was charged with ambition and innovation. The office was transformed with vibrant SwitchOn-themed decor, branded merchandise. With Red Bull as our energy partner we fueled creativity with an extra dose of excitement. Live music, games, and delectable food kept spirits high as teams tackled challenging problems, building solutions to elevate the Cashfree Payments experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The highlight? The sheer brilliance of our participants. From groundbreaking solutions to compelling pitches, every team brought their A-game, presenting innovative ideas to a distinguished panel of judges, including Ramkumar Venkatesan (CTO) Vikas Guru (CFO), Nitin Pulyani (SVP, Product Management) Reeju Datta (Co-founder) and Akash Sinha (CEO and co-founder)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Heres_a_spotlight_on_the_winners\"><\/span><strong>Here\u2019s a spotlight on the winners:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1st Place<\/strong>: Prem Chand, Shubhi Maheshwari, Vibha Pundir, Harshith Kanigalpula, Divyanshu Kumawat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2nd Place<\/strong>: Varun Goradia, Ashish Kumar, Raghav Rastogi, Rajeshwar Ojha, Worchipem Mangkung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3rd Place<\/strong>: Ashwin Rajput, Peeyush Sahu, Srishti ., Praveenraaj Thangaraj.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SwitchOn wasn\u2019t just about coding; it was about reimagining possibilities, fostering connections, and celebrating creativity.
