This strengthened my problem-solving skills<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adaptability remains at the heart of our efforts in 2025 as we continue to tackle new challenges and deliver impactful results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Embracing_Change_to_Drive_Growth\"><\/span><strong>Embracing Change to Drive Growth<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Cashfree Payments, we view market change as an opportunity to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cashfree.com\/blog\/how-cashfree-payments-drive-growth\/\"> innovate and grow.<\/a> By anticipating shifts and understanding merchant needs, we proactively prepare solutions that help us stay ahead and deliver real impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So for <strong>Pankaj Mishra, our Senior Manager of Enterprise Business<\/strong>, being open-minded and embracing change opened doors to both professional and personal growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Adapting to structural and business changes taught me the value of being open-minded. It has helped me grow both professionally and personally. This mindset will undoubtedly stay with me throughout my career.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Learning_to_Lead\"><\/span><strong>Learning to Lead<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For <strong>Aman Siddhartha, our SDE 2<\/strong>, last year taught him <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cashfree.com\/blog\/discover-cashfree-payments-engineering-philosophy\/\">mentorship<\/a> for the first time, deepening his understanding of leadership and collaboration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Mentorship, a new skill I honed last year, taught me to adapt my approach, sharpen my communication, and tailor guidance to bring out the best in others.
