So any startup that is formed after splitting from previous ventures does not qualify.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Startup Needs to Show Real Potential: <\/strong>The business or model your startup has must be working towards innovation, improvement, or a scalable model that has some real potential. The purpose is to ensure your product or service needs to have a scalable business model, in other words, it has high potential to create wealth and employment.
