This was the first time that the organization had applied for, and secured the certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the last few months, Cashfree Payments was assessed on the basis of five critical parameters mentioned under the Great Place to Work\u00ae Trust Index\u00a9 Model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Credibility_of_Management\"><\/span>Credibility of Management&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The extent to which employees see management as credible. This includes assessing an employee\u2019s perception of the management\u2019s communication practices, competence, and integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Respect_for_People\"><\/span>Respect for People&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The extent to which employees feel respected by the management. This includes assessing the level of support, collaboration, and care extended to the employees by the management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fairness_at_the_Workplace\"><\/span>Fairness at the Workplace&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The extent to which employees feel that management practices are fair. This includes assessing the equity, impartiality, and justice employees perceive in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pride\"><\/span>Pride&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An employee\u2019s sense of pride in the work they do in the organization. This includes assessing the feelings employees have toward their jobs, team, and the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Camaraderie_between_People\"><\/span>Camaraderie between People&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An employee\u2019s sense of enjoyment at the workplace.
