Refunds &gt; Bulk refunds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download the sample refund file (as shown in the image below).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/Y7sZdkOEvAXPDwcHPa4ZBvTN7orKJS36sb1CGJY99kRSwW21SX6kJIjBgFEbIouAAWyQhs3BWBO2Ibc6hAjlAm5aUMGMjv61yfueTB_1EBRB-nU2rRTUbykrbEcTG6CdVrYJxv8\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can use either of the sample files i.e sample CSV with Ref ID or sample CSV with Order id.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sample file:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/WSLl30tcdcKj14bnm-UGl_ODLoUvzUirEUDCsc7LRp1w7hs0DY19Vbnho9jqvOVXfQ4wdbE0W7bw-AsMfZEOsxxBao2o2olyBa0Rxn2rZmJszEfgucC68RnEnFQtZR6VKMoCINk\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3) Enter the data in the respective fields and save it as CSV file (You should remove the header, as currently we do not accept headers in the csv file)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4) Now upload the file by clicking on &lt;upload file&gt; and then click on the Submit button.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note: Please note one file can support <g class=\"gr_ gr_4 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace\" id=\"4\" data-gr-id=\"4\">upto<\/g> 50 refunds, if there are more refunds, you need to upload multiple files.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/Y7sZdkOEvAXPDwcHPa4ZBvTN7orKJS36sb1CGJY99kRSwW21SX6kJIjBgFEbIouAAWyQhs3BWBO2Ibc6hAjlAm5aUMGMjv61yfueTB_1EBRB-nU2rRTUbykrbEcTG6CdVrYJxv8\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once submitted, the file will be processed within 15-20 minutes. You can check the status of refund processing on your refunds dashboard (PG Dashboard &gt; Refunds &gt; Refund).<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/b915tlbriQrGJNB9aY4WoICGvJkPUlivglhYYkrWLkR7H2TA8X-W2weKVMlD7-no6SjQW8EY9FBvWtOWBOjWpwh7DSo3RIIo78ONoxPJOorXdx55mm_JoVibk88TLMNhN6vIGTk\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note: The initial status of all refund requests will be &#8220;Pending&#8221;. This means that the refund has been added to the refund queue and will be processed in a short while.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the refund is processed the status will be updated to Success. This implies that the refund request has been successfully sent to the original payment provider (Bank, Wallet, etc.). The payment provider will credit the entire amount to the source in 7 to 10 days.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hope this feature helps you process refunds effortlessly.
