What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an Integration Engineer who will help solve technical issues of Cashfree Payments’ customers and offer them a great payments experience!

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 1 to 6 years of experience as a support engineer
  • Experience working on programming languages such as Java, PHP and DOTNET
  • Strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Experience working on SQL database
  • Have prior experience with REST API or POSTMAN

What You Will Do:

  • Understand merchant’s business use case
  • Describe Cashfree Payments’ products to merchants (Pre Sales/Post sales calls for inbound merchants)
  • Work on Product demo/docs walkthrough
  • Maintain excellent experiences for Cashfree Payments’ merchants
  • Handle merchant tech queries
  • Handle/debug merchants Integration issues (for all Cashfree Payments’ products including Mobile, plugins, APIs)
  • Get hands-on experience with at least one programming language. Work on Database queries
  • Integrate Cashfree products using APIs, product SDKs, Mobile SDKs, Plugins (Shopify, Magento, WordPress, etc.)
  • Handle merchant’s tech queries on live chat/call
  • Own the support documentation initiative
  • Conduct in-depth analysis for every issue before reaching out to any cross-functional teams for further support
