What You Will Need :

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Back End Operations & Quality Check, preferably from a fintech background
  • Process oriented, proactive and result driven
  • Has managed a team of at least 8-10
  • Quick learner with an analytical mind to understand back end operations and our fintech product
  • Good in MS-Excel and Data Analytics
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written

What you’ll do?

  • Ensure all sub processes are running as per SLAs
  • Product improvisation to improve internal productivity
  • Set up and share daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Analyse and ensure week on week and month on month improvement and growth in processes
  • Guide team members
  • Adhere to operations guidelines while activation and query resolutions
  • Maintain TAT as per SLA for the process
