Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understanding merchants business use case.
  • Describing Cashfree products to merchants. (Pre sales/Post sales calls for inbound merchants)
  • Product demo/docs walkthrough.
  • Maintaining excellent experience for Cashfree merchants.
  • Handling merchant tech queries.
  • Handling/debugging merchants Integration issues. (All Cashfree products including Mobile, plugins, APIs)
  • hands on experience with at least one programming language. Database queries.
  • Should be able to integrate Cashfree products using APIs, product SDKs, Mobile SDKs, Plugins (Shopify, Magento, wordpress, etc)
  • Handling merchants tech queries on live chat/call.
  • Owning the support documentation initiative.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis for every issue before reaching out to any cross-functional teams for further support.
