Roles & Responsibilities
- Understanding merchants business use case.
- Describing Cashfree products to merchants. (Pre sales/Post sales calls for inbound merchants)
- Product demo/docs walkthrough.
- Maintaining excellent experience for Cashfree merchants.
- Handling merchant tech queries.
- Handling/debugging merchants Integration issues. (All Cashfree products including Mobile, plugins, APIs)
- hands on experience with at least one programming language. Database queries.
- Should be able to integrate Cashfree products using APIs, product SDKs, Mobile SDKs, Plugins (Shopify, Magento, wordpress, etc)
- Handling merchants tech queries on live chat/call.
- Owning the support documentation initiative.
- Conducting in-depth analysis for every issue before reaching out to any cross-functional teams for further support.
