# Customer Verification on Payment Forms

> Verify customers on Cashfree payment forms using Aadhaar, PAN, GST, or email field verification to collect accurate customer data.

Cashfree payment forms let you verify customer credentials before a payment is completed. You can validate Aadhaar for identity proof, PAN for tax identification, or GST for business registration. You can also opt in to email verification on the payment form email field to collect a verified email address from the customer.

## Available verification types

The following verification types are available on payment forms. Enable the types that match your business requirements.

| Verification type    | Purpose                       | Description                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        |
| -------------------- | ----------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| PAN verification     | Confirm tax identity          | Validates PAN during payment so tax identification details are accurate from the start. For example, donation platforms can confirm donor PAN details for benefits such as 80G claims, and accurate PAN data helps streamline year-end tax filing. |
| Aadhaar verification | Confirm identity              | Verifies Aadhaar during payment when customers make online reservations. You receive verified identity details before check-in, which supports a smoother paperless arrival process.                                                               |
| GST verification     | Confirm business registration | Validates GST details in real time as customers pay in B2B transactions. Each business transaction then starts with verified registration credentials.                                                                                             |
| Email verification   | Collect a verified email      | Verifies the email address entered on the payment form when enabled, so you collect only legitimate email addresses.                                                                                                                               |

## Pricing

Verification services are charged separately from standard payment processing fees. To use these features, maintain a sufficient balance in your Secure ID wallet. Current rates are available on the [Merchant Dashboard](https://merchant.cashfree.com/verificationsuite/home).
