To check the detailed status of transfers in the Merchant Dashboard, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to the Merchant Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Transfers tab.
  3. Click All to view all transfer records.
  4. Select the transfer for which you want to view the status.
The selected transfer record will display a detailed status description along with the next steps, if applicable. Refer to the screenshot below for reference.
You can view the failure reason in the Status Description field.
The Status Description field is optional, but we strongly recommend including it to improve visibility and help understand failed transactions. Please review your API integration to ensure it works with this update.For any questions or further clarification, contact our support team.
