Use this form to report issues with payments you made via Cashfree Payment Gateway (PG). This page helps customers resolve common payment problems including failed transactions and refund requests.

Common Payment Issues

Deducted at Bank but Failed at Cashfree

We reconcile transactions with bank on daily basis and inform the merchants about transactions which were not captured earlier. Either your order will get processed or a refund will be issued. Once refunded, it takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account.

Want to Cancel an Order and Get Refund

Please reach out to merchant support team directly for cancellation queries. Once the merchant raises the refund request with Cashfree, it will get processed as per the standard refund timeline.
