We’re delighted to share that Cashfree Payments has been recognised as one of the best workplaces in India under the ‘Mid-Size Organizations’ category in India’s Financial Services and Insurance industry.
The certification is a testament to the wonderful work culture that Cashfree Payments has fostered as an organization. This was the first time that the organization had applied for, and secured the certification.
Over the last few months, Cashfree Payments was assessed on the basis of five critical parameters mentioned under the Great Place to Work® Trust Index© Model.
These are as follows:

The extent to which employees see management as credible. This includes assessing an employee’s perception of the management’s communication practices, competence, and integrity.
Respect for People
The extent to which employees feel respected by the management. This includes assessing the level of support, collaboration, and care extended to the employees by the management.
Fairness at the Workplace
The extent to which employees feel that management practices are fair. This includes assessing the equity, impartiality, and justice employees perceive in the workplace.
Pride
An employee’s sense of pride in the work they do in the organization. This includes assessing the feelings employees have toward their jobs, team, and the company.
Camaraderie between People
An employee’s sense of enjoyment at the workplace. This includes assessing:
- The level of intimacy they find, or the ability to be themselves
- The hospitality people engage in, or the extent to which the environment is friendly and welcoming
- The sense of being a community working as a family to achieve a common goal
