Customer Reward Scheme Terms and Conditions

  1. Objective and Background of the Customer Reward Scheme “Scheme”: At Cashfree Payments India Private Limited (“Cashfree Payments”/ “Us”), we strive to provide the safest payment experience to the customers using Cashfree’s platform for their payments. We have established a mechanism to take care of any concerns customers may have for the transactions that they have processed through our platform, which may be accessed at https://www.cashfree.com/grievance-redressal-policy/
    In furtherance to our efforts to improve customer protection and payment experience, we invite customers to connect with us and report any transactions related to the specified business categories listed in Annexure A and stand a chance to get rewarded.
    By participating in this , you acknowledge that You have read and agreed to the scheme‘`s terms and conditions, which is defined in this entire document.
  2. Eligibility criteria for participation in the scheme: To be eligible for the scheme, You must :
    1. Be an Indian resident not employed by Cashfree Payments or its subsidiaries.
    2. Not be an immediate family member of a person employed with Cashfree Payments or its subsidiaries or affiliates.
    3. Be more than 18 years of age.
    4. Comply with applicable national, state, or local laws or regulations.
    If Cashfree Payments discovers that you don'`t meet any of the criteria above, You will be excluded from the scheme and be disqualified from receiving any reward. By the virtue of participation in this scheme, you agree to the Privacy Policy of Cashfree Payments available at
    https://www.cashfree.com/privacypolicy/ .
  3. Reward
    1. Eligible Customers may receive a gift card worth INR 250, per validated and accepted Report for different merchants (“Reward”).
    2. Only one report per merchant is permitted. However, submission of reports for multiple merchants are welcome.
    3. In the event multiple Reports are received from the different customers for the same merchant, the reward will be given on a first come first serve basis.
    4. Cashfree Payments reserves the right and may, at its sole discretion, change the reward under this scheme. Current Rewards do not necessarily guarantee the same reward in the future.
  4. Eligibility criteria for claiming rewards – Customers who meet the eligibility criteria for participation in the Scheme, as listed above, will be eligible to claim the rewards if they satisfy the following criteria:
    1. If You have noticed any activity on the platform of the merchant using Cashfree’s Payment Gateway, which is of the nature listed in Annexure A and notified the same to Cashfree Payments in the format prescribed under Clause 5 (“Report”). For example, if the customer has done or attempted a transaction or has noticed activities on any of Cashfree Payments’ merchants which is in the nature of gambling, purchase/ sale of cryptocurrencies, etc, those may be reported to Cashfree Payments. Under this scheme, Cashfree Payments doesn’t encourage any customer to do transactions with the merchants who are into the activities listed in the Annexure A.
    2. The report should include the transaction details, i.e. transaction date, transaction amount and transaction reference number, name/ website of the merchant, along with the evidence that shows Cashfree’s payment page, along with the merchant’s name who is into the activities listed in the Annexure A.
    3. The evidence should be clear, unedited, and free from any manipulations to ensure the authenticity. Further, the evidence must not contain any sensitive financial data/ information/ credentials or any payment instrument details. Evidence/ Report not meeting the criteria shall lead to the rejection/disqualification.
    4. Multiple reports from the same customer for the same merchant will not be considered and shall not be eligible to claim any Reward.
    5. Cashfree Payments reserves the right to modify the eligibility criteria at its sole discretion.

  6. General Terms:
    1. The duration of this scheme is at the sole discretion of Cashfree Payments and may be extended or withdrawn as determined by Cashfree Payments without specific mention of an initial time frame.
    2. In case of any dispute on the eligibility or the rewards, Cashfree Payments’ decision will be final in this regard.
Annexure A
  1. Betting/Gambling, including Lotteries, Slot Machines, Roulette, Bingo, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Satta Matka.
  2. Alcohol includes alcohol or alcoholic beverages such as beer, liquor, wine, or champagne.
  3. Multi-level marketing
  4. Human trafficking
  5. Pornography, including child nudity
  6. Content contains remarks that are disgusting, or slanderous to, or stigmatizing women without any storyline or objective of educating people to not follow such acts.
  7. Drawing or any depiction of the figure of a girl or woman, her body frame that is indecent and lascivious.
  8. Any other negative categories listed in Attachment A of Cashfree Payments’ terms available at https://www.cashfree.com/tnc/
