Spark is an agentic assistant built into the Cashfree Merchant Dashboard. Ask it about your sales, settlements, refunds, and disputes, or have it act on your account, from creating offers and payment links to replaying failed webhooks, all using natural language, without switching between dashboard pages or reports. Spark is available from the search bar at the top of every Merchant Dashboard page. Type a question, or use voice input, in English or in your own language, and Spark responds using your own Cashfree account data.

Try asking

Spark understands plain language questions about your business, including diagnostic questions that would otherwise take you across several dashboard pages to answer. Here are a few prompts to get started.
  • “Sales today”
  • “Why is today’s settlement lower than yesterday’s?”
  • “Next settlement”
  • “Refunds this week”
  • “Success rate”
  • “Check recent tickets”
  • “Create a 10% discount offer for all customers”

How Spark works

Spark combines your live account data with conversational context to give you grounded, actionable answers.
  • Account data grounding: Every response draws directly from your Cashfree account, including sales, settlements, refunds, disputes, and support tickets.
  • Conversation history: Spark retains context within a conversation, so a follow-up such as “and refund the second one” resolves against what you were just looking at, without repeating earlier details.
  • Confirm before action: For any request that changes your account, Spark shows a plan first and waits for your confirmation before it makes a change.
  • Your dashboard permissions apply: Spark can only take an action that your role already allows in the Merchant Dashboard. An alias user is limited exactly as they would be when clicking through the dashboard, and reporting actions stay restricted to account owners.
Spark generates responses from your account data for guidance only. Review any suggested action before you confirm it.
