General T&Cs:Cashback will be directly credited to your customer’s MobiKwik Wallet within 24 hours. If the order is cancelled or undelivered at your end, you, i.e the merchant (not MobiKwik), will initiate a refund.In case of partial refunds/cancellations, the refund amount will be adjusted with the cashback received on the initial payment, and full cashback will be rolled back in case of a full refund. After the refund is initiated, the amount will be credited back to the wallet within 7-10 working days.
All the merchants who have MobiKwik wallet enabled on their checkout page are eligible to be part of this offer. MobiKwik wallet is enabled for all. The offer is already integrated into the checkout page. Merchants/Businesses just need to promote it to the customers on the product catalogue page or on their website.
