Blacklist Cash on Delivery (COD)
Learn more about Blacklisting COD on One Click Checkout
The Blacklisting feature in Cashfree helps merchants reduce losses from Return to Origin (RTO), where customers refuse to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. RTOs increase costs due to shipping and inventory handling.
Secure your business by blocking high-risk customers, limiting COD for select products, and managing delivery zones prone to issues. Customize your store’s operations to reduce risks, minimise losses, and ensure smooth, efficient order fulfilment.
Key features
- Block high-risk customers using advanced risk models
