Terms and Conditions

• This festive offer is provided at the sole discretion of Cashfree Payments India Private Limited ("Cashfree") to all new merchants, across all business categories, who sign up on or after 21st July 2026 at 12:00 PM IST during the campaign period ("Campaign") and complete onboarding, including sign-up, KYC approval and account activation ("You/ Your") for receiving payment aggregation services. To be eligible, You must have accepted Cashfree's terms of use, available at https://www.cashfree.com/tnc/ ("Terms of Use") applicable to payment aggregation services. The Terms of Use shall also apply to the Offer and all transactions. All capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use. In case of any contradiction between the Terms of Use and Offer Terms & Conditions, the Terms of Use shall prevail.

The Offer

• Once You signs-up during the Campaign and Your account is successfully activated, You will be eligible to process payment transactions for a cumulative value of up to Rs. 20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakh only) without paying any platform fees to Cashfree for the payment aggregation services (" Offer").
• The Offer is applied to Your account automatically (no action required from You) upon successful KYC approval and account activation. You do not need to enter any promo code, raise a request, or complete a first transaction to trigger the Offer.
• Along with the Offer, Your account will also get T+1 settlements by 8:00 PM IST as the default settlement cycle during the Campaign.
• Offer can be used only during the Campaign from the date of Your sign-up.
• The Offer ends when one of these happens first: (a) You fully use the Offer; (b) the Campaign ends or (c) You are subject to fair usage disqualification as specified below. After that, standard Cashfree platform fees of 1.95% + applicable taxes will apply automatically for all transactions.
• Offer left unused at the end of the Campaign will lapse automatically. Unused Offer cannot be carried forward, extended, transferred, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
• If You operate a GST-registered business, a dedicated account manager will be assigned to You.
• The Offer is subject to fair usage and disqualifications as set out below.

Eligible Transactions

• The Offer is valid only on domestic transactions processed through the Cashfree’s Payment Gateway.
• Notwithstanding anything in these Offer T&Cs, the following payment methods are excluded from the Offer, and standard Cashfree platform fees will apply on transactions made through them:
  • American Express (AMEX) cards;
  • Diners Club cards;
  • Corporate credit cards;
  • All EMI-based payment methods;
  • Prepaid card transactions;
  • Pay later instruments;
  • Subscription (e-mandate);
  • International Payment Gateway (IPG) transactions; and
  • Any other payment method where the standard Merchant Discount Rate is 3% or higher.

Taxes

• GST and other applicable government levies on platform fees are not waived under this Offer.
• GST will continue to be charged at 18% (eighteen percent) (or the prevailing rate) as usual, and will be deducted from Your settlements even on transactions where the platform fees are waived as part of the Offer. For computation of GST, the standard pricing at 1.95% per transaction shall apply.

Fair Usage & Disqualification

• Cashfree may check what share of Your Gross Merchandise Value ("GMV") comes from credit card transactions out of total processed volume during the Offer period. If credit card transactions constitute 60% (sixty percent) or more of Your total processed GMV, Cashfree reserves the right to withdraw the Offer. In such cases, You will be removed from the Offer with immediate effect, any unused Offer benefit will lapse, and standard Cashfree platform fees will apply to all subsequent transactions.
• The Offer can be availed only once per Permanent Account Number (”PAN”)/ bank account. If You operate or register multiple Merchant IDs (“MIDs”) under the same PAN or bank account, only the first activated MID will be eligible for the Offer. Later MIDs under the same PAN/bank account will not qualify for the Offer.
• Merchants who were already transacting on Cashfree platform before 21st July 2026, or who have processed any transaction on Cashfree before that date, are not eligible for this Offer.
• Cashfree may, at its sole discretion and acting reasonably, disqualify You from the Offer and cancel any unused Offer if You do not meet these Offer Terms & Conditions, or in cases including but not limited to misuse of the Offer, fraud, suspicious transactions or activity, or any attempt to manipulate the Offer including but not limited to routing transactions in a manner designed to circumvent fair usage conditions.

General

• The Offer cannot be transferred to any third party and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Cashfree may modify, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue this Offer at any time, with prior intimation/notice to your registered email or other address.
• Cashfree will not be liable to You or to any third party for (i) anything arising out of the provision of this Offer, and (ii) any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Offer, for any reason.
• This Offer will not apply to: (a) Merchants referred to Cashfree through partners or resellers; or (b) Merchants whose Merchant Category Code (MCC) falls under any of the following categories: (i) 4111 – Local and suburban commuter passenger transportation (including buses, ferries, and metro services); (ii) 8244 – Elementary and secondary schools; (iii) 8211 – Correspondence schools; and (iv) 8241 – Business and secretarial schools.
