Cashfree Payments India Private Limited (“Cashfree”) may levy a one-time fee of INR 199 (“Fees”) for merchants who do not have valid GST registration as on the date of signup and submission of your KYC documents for verification. Levy of such Fees is subject to the terms as specified below:
- The Fee as levied is a one-time payment for verification of each MID.
- No additional Fees is charged for completion of verification notwithstanding the number of re-submissions of documents including where such resubmission is required for correction, clarification, completion or re-verification of the documents.
- Payment of Fees does not guarantee account activation, which remains subject to applicable regulatory, KYC and compliance requirements. Cashfree may decline account activation or suspend / terminate services where the Merchant does not meet requirements under applicable Cashfree policies.
- Cashfree may refund the Fees if the Merchant achieves a minimum gross transaction volume of INR 25,000 using Cashfree services within 180 days of account activation.
- The Fee as specified above will not be refunded where:
- Merchant does not achieve the minimum gross transaction volume as specified above;
- Account activation is declined or services are subsequently suspended / terminated by Cashfree as per terms of such services and Cashfree policies.
- Merchant fails to re-submit any KYC documents or unusually delays in the submission of completion of the re-verification process which delays any account activation.
