Here’s a wrap-up of what 2024 looked like for us—setting new benchmarks and innovating to ensure our team members receive the best support to grow and thrive in their careers. Our Head of HR, Chetan Yadav, sums it up perfectly:

At Cashfree Payments, we recognise that employee well-being forms a foundation for a productive and inclusive workplace. Our approach fosters communities where Cashiens can bring their whole selves to work, centred around shared interests. This philosophy is reflected in our comprehensive wellness initiatives, which support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Through our most recent initiatives, we have expanded our focus on creating a more flexible, inclusive, and empowering workplace by introducing a comprehensive Flexi-Benefits Plan that puts team members in control of their well-being. From customisable medical coverage, including inpatient hospitalisation, maternity care, and newborn coverage, to mental health support through counselling services and wellness programs, our offerings reflect the diverse needs of our people. 

Our continued investment in learning and development, with 5% of earnings allocated for courses, leadership programs, and cutting-edge resources, has empowered team members to grow and excel. These programs have helped create a culture where well-being is woven into the everyday experience of working at Cashfree Payments.

Impact on Daily Life and Work

For many Cashiens, these initiatives have brought meaningful changes. Shashank Singh, our Senior Manager of the Verification Suite, shares his perspective:

One of the most memorable gestures this year was being awarded the Growth Titan of the Quarter. It wasn’t just about receiving an award—it was about the acknowledgment of my efforts and contributions to the team’s success. Moments like these remind me that the organisation truly values its members, motivating me to strive for greater heights.
