  • Soft-skills workshops, combined with team-bonding sessions and retreats, create a supportive environment for our Cashiens to develop interpersonal skills while strengthening team dynamics and leadership capabilities.

One of the most recent workshops we had was on Leadership Secrets for managers in the Tech team.
The workshop covered various topics including building team synergy and peer relationship stewardship
  • Knowledge-sharing workshops led by in-house subject matter experts enable Cashiens to learn from their colleagues’ expertise, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. 
  • Sponsorships for professional or upskilling courses demonstrate our commitment to employee growth, empowering individuals to pursue further education to acquire new skills that contribute to their career advancement. With this, we aim to cultivate a learning culture and empower Cashiens to reach their full potential.

Over the years, managers and team leads have been directed to encourage upskilling within their teams through this program. This translates into encouragement for Cashiens to step up, experiment and act on their upskilling aspirations.

Bridging the Gap

Sriramula Shiva Charan is an SDE-1 Backend Developer here at Cashfree Payments in the Payout Gateway team. He joined us back in May 2021.

He felt that he needed to bridge some gaps in understanding how systems work at a high level. With the help of our Learning@Cashfree benefit, he enrolled in HLD (High-Level Design) course. He pursued ‘The System Design Masterclass’, which proved to be a great value-addition to his current skill set.

Leading the way 

Meet Archit Tiwari, Senior Manager from the Growth & Strategy team at Cashfree Payments. Around 2 months ago, he took the initiative to kickstart a knowledge-sharing series for all Cashiens. 

Elaborating on this, he says, “PG Knowledge Series is one such initiative which covers PG (Payment Gateway) end to end. Right from the core payment methods to the VAS (value-added services) to integration to disputes to refunds etc., everything is covered under this series and hence the name aptly goes ‘All you need to know about PG’. By embracing these opportunities for knowledge-sharing and best-practice exploration, we seek insights, inspire to push boundaries, challenge norms, and shape the future of our industry. Together, we elevate our collective intelligence, driving excellence and success in every endeavour.”
